£13k to £30k in 30 Days: Launching a Full D2C Catalogue Across Two Premium Baby Brands

Two premium baby brands. One launch. One month.

In July 2026, we launched their full catalogue across both brands simultaneously, restructuring Meta Ads strategy to match the expanded range and drive qualified traffic at scale.

The Strategy

  • Coordinated full catalogue D2C launch across two brands in one month

  • Meta Ads campaign restructure to reflect expanded product range

  • Audience segmentation to target buyers at different price points across channels

  • Budget allocation based on brand maturity and growth potential

  • Creative testing tied to catalogue categories and product performance

  • Ongoing optimisation throughout launch month to maximise ROAS

The Results

Brand 1 - July 2026

  • Revenue increased from £10,490 to £26,047 (+148% MoM)

  • 332 orders at an AOV of £77.66 (+88% MoM)

  • Meta Ads: 9.04x ROAS -> best performing month on record

  • Sessions increased +17.5% MoM with a significantly higher conversion rate

Brand 2 - July 2026

  • Revenue increased from £2,568 to £4,022 (+57% MoM)

  • 197 orders and 9,761 sessions (+73% MoM)

  • Meta Ads: £1,038 spend driving +227% increase in attributed sales MoM

  • Catalogue in early learning phase given it was month 1 of Meta ads -> efficiency expected to continue improving

Combined Performance

  • Total gross revenue: £30,070 in July vs £13,059 in June (+156% MoM)

  • Significant improvement in Meta efficiency across both accounts

Getting the timing, structure, and spend allocation right across two separate brands simultaneously required a coordinated approach that treated the launch as a system, not just a campaign.

The results reflect what happens when creative, audience strategy, and budget allocation are aligned from day one.
